Prior to this, Baygum Jan Khanum had settled with her two sons, Haji Sayyid Muhammad and Haji Sayyid Abu al-Qasim, over her share of inheritance from her late husband, Haji Mir Kazim, and also over her share of inheritance from Haji Mir Hasan. Now, after some disputes, another settlement is made between them and the sons are required to financially support Baygum Jan Khanum as long as she lives, take her on a pilgrimage to Karbala’ and Mashhad, and pay for her funeral and burial costs. Marriage contract of Khavar, daughter of the late ‘Ali Akbar, and Karbalayi Haydar, son of the late Karbalayi ‘Ali Quli; the mahr is fifty tumans, some gold worth ten tumans, some copperware worth five tumans, a carpet worth five tumans, a male servant/slave worth five hundred tumans, one-sixth of a house in Faridun Bayg along with a piece of land adjacent to it, and one female slave, dated February 16, 1919. On December 18, 1925, Khavar settles her mahr with her husband for two thousand [dinars] and some sugar cubes as he has taken her several times for pilgrimage to the holy shrines in Iraq.

Will of Haj Hamzah Aqa Tajir (merchant) from Tabriz, resident of Najaf, in which he gives one hundred tumans to his wife (daughter of Haj Shaykh Muhammad) for her mahr, three hundred tumans for purchasing a house for her, and allows her to keeps all her belongings including clothing, carpets, and household furnishings.
